Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure secure tracking of your package.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are attached, and affix the return label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
